Hey there! I'm Marie Lara Pauline B. Bobier (b. May 1993), a live events director, executive producer, and public relations practitioner. I live in La Union in the Philippines but visit Manila when I have to do some projects. 

I specialize in creating concerts, music festivals, fan meetings, bar gigs, press gatherings, and year-end shows.

My journey started at the University of the East-Manila, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014 with a degree in AB Broadcast Communication. I joined the workforce as a public relations specialist in an advertising and events agency. In 2016, I shifted gears and became a marketing manager at a different company.

But 2015 marked the beginning of my adventure into directing and producing concerts. This fantastic collaboration kicked off at the Music Museum, where I teamed up with my friends Milley, Ian, and Mina.

Since then, my event directing and producing journey has taken me to incredible venues like the New Frontier Theatre, Philippine Arena, SM Cinema, SM Skydome, and The Theatre at Solaire. And don't think I've forgotten my roots – I'm still all about those public relations projects from diverse corporate and lifestyle clients.

I'm the co-founder, in-house show director, co-producer, and PR of GNN Entertainment Productions (formerly Gabi Na Naman Productions).

I started directing online events when 2020 rolled around and brought the pandemic. Together with my teammates at GNN, we ventured into the world of digital experiences, from corporate shindigs to concerts, webinars, and year-end extravaganzas – all brought to life in the virtual realm. I also took freelance online directing projects that covered remote or hybrid (physical, taped, and online) events.

Currently, I'm busy crafting my thesis for my MA in Media Studies (Film) program at the University of the Philippines-Diliman. In 2020, I was a college faculty member at the Institute of Communication in Colegio de San Juan de Letran, in Intramuros, Manila. In 2022, I conquered the licensure examination for teachers. Since 2018, teaching has been my jam. I entered the University of Santo Tomas - Senior High School, where I taught Media and Information Literacy (MIL), Oral Communication, and Principles of Marketing. I served as the program lead of the MIL learning area from 2021 to 2023. 

When it's time to unwind, you'll find me solo backpacking, hiking, surfing, and letting my creativity flow through writing poems.
